How Much Do You Charge?

Concierge Services

Pricing is tailored to suit your requirements.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility, therefore all terms and conditions are negotiable.

Estimated DAILY rate: $1000 [approx 9 hours]
Estimated FORTNIGHTLY rate: $9000 [approx 85 hours]

Fortnightly rate is based on 10 days (weekends included).

Minimum Daily Rates

Minimum daily rate [for one-off jobs only] – $500 [approx 4 hours]

Minimum Daily Engagement for Ongoing Projects – 3 Hours

Minimum Engagement – Real Estate Agents – 6 Hours

Pricing does not include reasonable expenses.

Travel expenses apply beyond the first 10 km at a rate of $0.90 per kilometre. Travel time is also chargeable from this point at the standard hourly rate.

Moving Management

Standard Services Package:
Service Schedule – Monday – Friday 8:00 – 6:00 pm – non-exclusive.

4-6 Bedroom House: $6000
7 x days

Comprehensive Services Package:
Service Schedule – Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 6:00 pm – Exclusive PA.

4-6 Bedroom House: $7,500
7-8 x days

Premium Services Package:
Service Schedule – Monday – Sunday 7:00am – 8:00pm
24/7 open line communication. Exclusive PA.

4-6 Bedroom House: $12,500
10-12 x days (but not limited to)

All packages are based on a 4-6 x bedroom house and an estimated time value therefore are subject to change.
Pricing does not include third party fees and charges.

Do You Offer a Retainer Option?

We sure do!
Terms and fees are flexible and negotiable.
However, for a starter option we offer:

$880 pw [approx 8 hours] – 6 month basis
$1750 pw [approx 16 hours] – 3 month basis

When Will I be Invoiced?

Saving your time is our business! Therefore our time is precious too. Invoicing is done at the end of each week or by agreement. Please pay invoices within 7 days.

Please note: Moving Management & Concierge Services require a 50% deposit.
