As a licensed senior property manager Cassandra will manage your Air BNB with confidence and expertise. Her experience as a property manager in the Northern Beaches and North Shore real estate industry also includes short stay accomodation and high profile clientele. - Dinner Party/Party Planning - Everything from start to end! Invites, RSVP's, room styling, planning/organisation/execution of all aspects inc. catering, service staff, wine lists & cleaning.
- Restaurant bookings –Research and reservations to fit dietary requirements. Communication with restaurants to ensure requirements are met.
- Wardrobe Management - Clearing, sorting, and organisation. Selling items on eBay. Includes styling advise and future outfit planning.
- Styling - Personal shopping & styling for an event or general management.
- Gifting - Advice and coordination. Collection and delivery of out of area items.
- Travel Arrangements - Research/price comparing/reservations etc. Arranging & coordinating your property for AirBNB while you're away.
